BreakClassic Lite iPhone App Game

Written by Richard on September 24th, 2008

Break Classic iPhone App Block Classic is one of the best brick breaking game for the iPhone. This Lite edtion of BlockClassicc has 7 levels. Please ckeck out full verson of Block Classic and four other games from us. Enjoy the game.

That is how the description is on Apple App Store within iTunes. I download it since it was for free and I like classic Arcade games. They are so nice and easy to play, you almost can stop anytime and it is possible to play only for a short time to kill some time.

I played it on the subway, The graphics and the effects are nice. Moving the the bar with the finger is fast and the ball can usually be hit.

Each level has a different design with some nice animation effects. But nothing fancy except once or twice there is a lot of action on the screen and you have to watch that you hit the ball while the ball changes colors. Sometimes the bar is getting bigger which happens when you catch a falling “plus” when you it a minus its is back to the original size.

The game can be paused anytime and restoring the game is also possible, which is nice.

But that is about it. I was done with the 7 levels as I reached my station, which was

about 20 minutes later. After that the game does not offer anything except play the same setting again. There is no way to save the results and no instructions on what all the other objects do that come your way when playing the different levels.

After level 7 you are left with this screen showing the 6 different games. I first thought I can play on next I was thinking my iPhone froze because nothing happen.

I pushed everywhere but nothing. I wish the developers for this Lite version would have taken a little more time and made a nice app out of it, instead they took a lot of short cuts.

After this experience I am really not up to try a pay version. BreakClassic Lite did not recommend the other apps from the developers but rather told me to stay away. Sorry.
