Best Answer
- download your favorite song from limewire or your favorite mp3 downloading program
- upload the mp3 file
- use Ventone’s FREE Ringtone Creator
- Make your mp3 ringtone
- go to your “My Ventones” page where you will see your list of created ringtones.
- Click on “ringtone”,
- That will take you to the ringtone page, scroll all the way to the bottom, where you will see a link that says
”Click here For your Iphone Ringtone” - Click on that, and in seconds you will get a link for your Iphone ringtone download.
- Download the file onto your computer.
- Go to iTunes
- Import the iphone ringtone that you downloaded from Ventones. You will automatically see it listed under Ringtones category in iTunes.
- Connect your iPhone

Other Answers
- Ok, so you go on iTunes…
- Click the View drop down menu
- Choose View Options
- Select Ringtones
- In the Ringtones column, there will be a bell icon. You can only make ringtones of songs with bell icons. If a song you like doesn’t have a bell icon, double check in the iTunes store.
- Click the “iTunes” drop down menu, then click Preferences, general, make sure ringtones is selected.
- Make sure you’re connected to the internet
- Select the song you want to use
- click Store…Create Ringtone
- After you’ve made it, click “buy”
