I recently recieved the Iphone 3G S as a contract upgrade. When I turn the phone on, a curved line is shown through part of the apple on the start-up screen. Has anybody experienced this? Is it supposed to happen?

Hi yes I have on my Ipod Touch, what I did was reset the whole phone, and it seemed to solve the problem.
Please note it did not work on the first attempt
yep….it does that on the ipod touch…cuz i just got a iphone and i saw it and i was like is that on my touch…and it wass so i was like wow…
That is supposed to happen. Its part of the apple logo. I think its the same with all the logos. Its supposed to be some kind of “effect”.
