How Do I Sync My Itunes To My Iphone 3g?

I just got the iphone 3g and was wondering how to sync the songs i have on my itunes to my phone. when i go to file and then “sync ipod” i cant click on anything. anyone know what the problem is?

1. When the Iphone is connected you should see a picture of the Iphone With the name and a bunch of other info.
2. At the top you will see a bunch of tabs. Click on Music or videos or whatever.
3. Then select al music or all videos. After you’ve selected what you want you should be able to click the sync button.
