How Can I Sync My Iphone 3g Itunes Library?

I just got the iPhone 3G and I would like to transfer the songs that are currently in my iTunes library, It is no syncing and my current music is deleting.

Syncing with iTunes from iPods/iPhones is only one-way; from iTunes library to iPod. If you have songs not in your library on your iPod, they’ll get deleted during syncing. If syncing isn’t working, go to the menu of the device in iTunes and on the summary page deselect ‘Manually Manage Music’ and it should auto-magically sync to your iTunes every time you plug it in. If it’s set on ‘Manually Manage Music’ then you have to manually go to the iPod/iPhone summary page in iTunes and slick the Sync button.
