If you already have the firmware (and im assuming you do and have downloaded it from Apple which is why you cant find it) the fastest way to do it is to goto START, then go to SEARCH, if you have the updated search thing that came with SP3 then your gonna want to go to the side panel and all the way down to select the search companion, and search for .ipsw, make sure to be searching all files and folders including the hidden ones.
