   The last three answers are sort of right. Although Cut, Copy and Paste IS NOT exclusive to the iPhone 3G[S]. You can get Cut Copy Paste on iPhone 3G via the iPhone 3.0 Software update. These are the ACTUAL exclusivity’s to the iPhone 3G[S]:
   On average 3X Faster although it is faster with certain things
   Compass (tied in with the Maps powered by Google Maps on iPhone)
   3.2 Mega pixel Camera WITH Video Tap to focus and auto macro mode
   Video editing
   Voice Control (Which works brilliantly)
   iPhone 3G comes in 8GB – Color=Black
   iPhone 3GS comes in 16GB or 32GB – Color=Black OR White
   There is NO performance difference between the 16GB or 32GB 3G[S] as it has the same memory
   All other features including Voice Memos, Cut Copy Paste, Spotlight Search etc are ALL on the iPhone 3G

   I think that the only major difference between the iPhone 3G and the iPhone 3G S is that the 3G S is a little faster and has a compass. If you wanted a lot of space on your phone, you would get the 16 GB. But if you didn’t need much space and don’t mind getting a phone with smaller storage capacity, you could get the 8 GB. Right now, the 3G is selling for cheaper than 3G S, but it only comes in 8 GB.
