Category : iPhone Q&A

Why would people buy iPod Nanos when for the same price they can get an iPhone 3G. Will the release of the new iPhone mean the end to iPods?

No, since a lot of people don’t want a monthly phone fee just so they can use their ipod.

here go to this site it works i have tryd it http://www.ipods.freepay.com/?r=44583876
click on my referal and you will only have to refere 5 people
all you have to do is do one survey ( took me like 30 seconds ) and then refere 5 friends ( if u click on my referal ) other wise its 8. and then they send you the ipod oh and give your real details becasue if you dont then they cant send to the rite address
it relly does work its been on the news and everything ( thats how i hurd about is. ) and make sure you verify your account its under ”acount”

No, because the 3G iPhone is a minimum $79.99 per month.
So what if the phone costs the same as a 8 GB nano? you’re paying a ton more through the bill. And you’re stuck in a real two year contract (not the “fake” two year contract that the first iPhone has).
Palm’s smart phones can cost less than their handhelds, yet people still use their handhelds.

3G means the iPhone is quicker. Not bigger, what you should worry about is how many gigabytes the new iPhone can hold. With is only about 16. 16 Gigs is hardly enough space for people who have over 50,000 songs. The new iPhones will not replace iPods, because that would take business away from its own company

I don’t know because Apple will most likely come out with newer iPods that are better and have a reasonable price. Also, in order to buy an iPhone, people need to sign up for a cell phone plan with AT&T and not everyone is so crazy about the idea.

There will always be a place for the Ipod Nano’s etc, even with the introduction of the Iphone now, not everyone wants a Phone like a Ipod for a number of reasons.
I for one am happy having a Ipod AND and Mobile Phone, separate.

Well its hard to say ….
I guess we will have to wait, but surely you have a good point.
3G iPhone is now a “multiproduct” device and we will no longer need iPods.

no thats a dumb question people may be able to afford the Iphone but not the service it requires form att which will go up with the releace of the 3g i phone which will make the iphone more expensive then it appears

No the iphone is with at&t and some people don’t want to have to change their phone service to at&t.

No, Of Course Not! But I’m Really Pissed Off That The New iPhone Costs $199 Because I Just Spent $300 On An iPod Touch! Now I Bet That The iPods Are Gonna Be So Cheap That Its Pretty Much A Steal!

no way, not everyone would like at and t. or would they like their ipod to be a phone also. this will never happen.

no senorita!!ayayayayayayayayay

i think probably iPods will come to the end in 5 yrs. lets wait and c…..
