I upgraded my original iPhone to the iPhone 3G 16 GB White model and I gave it to my brother because I want to get the Black 16 GB model, can I still go back to the Apple Store and still get another iPhone 3G with the 299 price????

Unless you have terminated your contract then that wouldnt be allowed because since its in your name you have to pay for the bill. Your brother will have to switch to his name. AT&T will not allow you to get another iPhone unless you return the white or get a family plan which is what i recommend because you are family at the end of the day. lol. But just because you changed your mind and decided to give the iPhone you dont want to your brother doesnt mean they will give you a nother iPhone. Sorry.
