You just simply plug it in, open itunes, go to your phone in itunes and hit restore. All the evidence of the jailbreak will be gone. Just make sure you back up your phone first so you keep your pictures, messages, contacts, etc.

You can do a full restore. But if you don’t to erase all your data, just hold shift/alt and click heck for updates. Browse to the latest update you had and update. This will keep all your data and the jailbreak will be gone.
