iPhone Crashed Softbank Registration

Sunday, August 31st, 2008

Today I wanted to get my iPhone 3G. Finally, after so many times running to the shops and looking at all these models I was ready for the iPhone a month ago. I did not get it at that time, because my current contract was running until the end of August and it was suggested to me to wait until that time. Two weeks ago I went to Softbank again and made a reservation for an iPhone. At that time Softbank allowed to take reservations and I was glad they did, never knowing for sure if you get the phone or not.

Today was the big day. Yes it is Sunday and in Japan it is like every other weekday only more people at the mall and shops. This afternoon I went to the mall, lots of people there looking and shopping. I got the the Softbank counter and had to wait. Click to continue »

Dial Zero: speak to a live person in mere seconds

Friday, August 29th, 2008

Dial Zero helps you dial the customer service numbers of over 600 companies from your iPhone. But why you want it?

Friday, August 29th, 2008

I continue to be amazed by the stream of excellent app updates flowing into the App Store and out to us. Sure there are the requisite bug fixes but most of the time it is for more than that. Most of the time it is developers making their apps even more fully-featured or useful. This is the case with the new update for Tap Tap Revenge.

Tap Tap Revenge is best as “Guitar Hero meets the iPhone”. While music plays “beat bubbles” flow down one of the three strings in time. If you tap the bubbles as they crosses the bottom you get Click to continue »
